I cannot speak highly enough of fitmixer boot camp! After reading about it on blogs, I knew this was a program I wanted to try! After two years of consistently training for running races I needed a change, and I wanted to see a change in my body that I hadn’t seen in awhile! Moving to Nashville had also set my eating habits a bit crazy and there was a lot of eating out, happy hours, queso and fried chicken!
Fitmixer allowed me to stick to meal plan for the first time, probably ever, and I never really felt that I was dieting because I was eating healthy foods that I wanted to eat, so I was always satisfied!
The workouts, however, were the best part! My body was constantly being challenged and while in the past I would stay away from burpees, I found myself doing an extra round on 100 burpee day!
Thanks to boot camp, I am down 8 pounds to 120, which is a perfect weight for my body, and I will continue doing the workouts and following the meal plan until the next boot camp starts!
