fitmixer Boot Camp was the best thing I have ever done. I had slowly gained 10 lbs. over the course of a year and was having trouble making a change to the lose the weight, even though I was exercising 6 days a week. fitmixer Boot Camp was the jump start I needed! Robin’s amazing workout routines helped me to change my body in 8 weeks. I actually woke up looking forward to the creative workout ideas that got my heart rate up and my body sweating. Plus, Candice’s menu plan was easy to follow and got me looking at portion control again. She was so great providing individual attention and feedback! I have recommended the fitmixer Boot Camp to family and friends because I want them to feel as healthy and happy as I do. And just as a final thought…even after the 8 weeks, I continued the meal plan and changes in my workout routine and was able to lose 10+ lbs! Now all my clothes look great on me and feel great! Thanks fitmixer – looking forward to the Boot Camp in January.
